The Prevost Piping System (PPS) compressed air network range represents a comprehensive engineering concept: completely compact, lightweight, and inherently corrosion-resistant. Utilizing advanced all-aluminum fittings and pipelines, the structural design facilitates ultra-rapid, simplified installation and can be securely pressurized immediately upon assembly initialization.

What is a modern compressed air network?

An industrial compressed air network involves linking your primary source of compressed air—such as one or more localized screw compressors—safely and efficiently down to your designated production workstations. The high-performance structure of PREVOST networks is engineered using smooth-bore aluminum pipes. These main distribution headers are structurally suspended at a minimum height of 2.5 meters from the floor to form the closed primary loop framework of your facility.

From this primary overhead ring main, secondary drops with smaller pipe diameters feed directly down to application locations, terminating approximately 1.2 meters above factory floor levels. These drops provide rigid distribution points where critical tools and components—such as safety quick-release fittings, filtration modules, lubrication sets, and air hoses—can be cleanly attached.
